Free Services for the First Drop: For your initial merchandise drop, Halftone Labs will provide the following services at no cost: - Branding: Development of your brand's identity, including logo and brand guidelines. - Merch Design: Custom design of your merchandise based on your creative input. - Production: Full production of the first batch of merchandise. -Fulfillment: Handling of order fulfillment, including packaging and shipping to your customers. Excluded Services: - Website Creation: Website development is not included as part of the free offer. You have the following options: - Paid Option: Halftone Labs can create a custom website for you, including design and domain setup, for an additional fee. - DIY Option: You may opt to create and manage your website independently. - Domain Registration: The cost of domain registration is not included and will be charged separately or handled by the client. - Advertising & Marketing: Marketing, paid ads, and promotion of your merchandise are not included in the free services. These services can be availed separately or managed by the client. Duration of the Offer: This offer applies only to the first merchandise drop. Any subsequent merchandise production or brand expansions will require a new agreement or retainer arrangement. Retainer Services: After your first drop, you can continue working with Halftone Labs on a retainer basis. This will include ongoing support for: - Merchandise design and production Branding updates and maintenance Fulfillment services - Retainer fees and scope of services will be discussed and agreed upon before entering the next phase of collaboration. Additional Costs: Any additional services outside of those listed as part of the free offer (such as website creation, marketing, and domain registration) will be quoted separately and agreed upon before commencement. Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership of your brand and merchandise designs. Halftone Labs will not claim any ownership of your intellectual property. Termination: Either party may terminate the partnership after the first drop, or you may choose to transition into a retainer agreement for ongoing services.
